Apricots!

I know I've said it before, but I love having fruit trees in our back yard!

We are currently working with apricots, yum!

 We made apricot nectar, syrup and jam.

I know this is just the beginning, there are still so many apricots on the tree :)

Hopefully my neighbors will appreciate being given some of the preserves.

Cherries!

We are so excited to have fruit trees in our back yard. 

We have 2 cherry trees, 1 apricot tree and an apple tree.

Right now our cherry trees are seriously loaded!

Grace and Anna were so cute, they decided to sell them all on their own :)

I borrowed a steam juicer from my brother Joe and made cherry juice.

(first time really doing this canning thing on my own and I realized that I didn't fill them up as high as I should have...but they all sealed so I think they'll be ok)

We tried using the juice in smoothies today at our family dinner and it was really yummy!
