Grace came home from school today so excited. She ran to me from the bus yelling "Mom, guess what, guess what!" Of course I said "what?" The cause of all of the excitement was hiding in a cute little pink treasure chest in her backpack. On top of the tiny plastic box were the words "Tooth Saver." You guessed it, she lost her first tooth.
The little box is already under her pillow and she is showing off her new smile.

Maren is jealous. My parents fired the tooth fairy when I was a kid. He/she never came on time.
