Art Show

Walked through the art show at the elementary school yesterday

to see Isaac and Anna's work from the year.

The school does The Great Artist Program.
They take famous pieces of art and talk about them with the kids

and then teach them techniques and have the kids recreate or interpret those works of art.

Then they let the kids choose which ones they want to display.
Some of the pieces they did this year...

Deer's Skull with Pedernal by Georgia O'Keeffe

 Tulips by Pierre-Auguste Renoir

Palm Tree, Nassau by Winslow Homer

Below you can see Isaac's Tulips and Deer's Skull

Anna's Tulips and Palm Tree

Love my little artists!
