Purple Hair!

Yes...I did it.
Why you may ask...because I felt like it :)

It was kind of my birthday gift to myself (more about my birthday later)...and a way to really not act my age, too bad all the laugh lines and crow's feet give it away, ha ha!

My good friend, and fellow purple lover, Karen, joined me.
You know, I can't really explain it, but the color purple really does make me happy.

New Dos

I took the girls for haircuts on Saturday. Anna had been asking for a while to get her hair cut short again. Grace didn't want her hair shorter, so I thought we might have her try some layers.

I think layers are going to be good for Grace, and her natural curl seems to agree with me.

100 days....100 barrettes....

On the 100th day of school Grace was suppossed to wear 100 something. We decided to put 100 barrettes in her hair. This turned out to be a lot more time consuming than I originally thought it would be, but what a result. She loved it.
