Look at us!
Two hikes in less than a week!
(we will never quite be up to the hiking awesomeness of our friends, the Walls,
but at least we hiked!)
Yesterday we hiked up to the G
This was a bigger, longer hike so we didn't bring Sasha
She isn't quite as agile as she used to be.
She even struggled a few times when we hiked Battle Creek Falls on Friday.
It was another beautiful day and I think during our hike we only saw about 3 other people.
We loved having the mountain to ourselves.

I am sad to say that I'm a bit out of shape!
Sometimes the kids would double back and walk with me.
Or wait for me to catch up to them so that they could show me a giant spider just off the trail!
Yikes!
Anyway...I think Mike hiked the mountain 5 times with all the back and forth he did ;)

It was a fun hike, so glad that we did it.
It's one of those things that you need to do if you are in PG.
